Custom Fitness

If fat loss is your goal, then performing exercises that increase your metabolism on a daily basis will burn more calories. If increasing your bone density is your goal, then performing strength exercises over a period of time will improve bone density. If flexibility and range of motion is your goal, then performing a combination of daily stretches and distractive motions will improve joint motion. These are just a few examples of the diverse goals and tracks that we program, and we would love to help you with your own personal targets!

Rehabilitation Fitness

Typically after an injury or medical procedure, it can be difficult to get back on track to that same strength or agility you had once before. However, with our background in stable and consistent rehabilitation, we’re able to offer a smart and effective way of improving your quality of life.

Elements of the program include:

  • Specialized balance and gait exercises

  • Tailored stretching and flexibility education

  • Methodical strengthening techniques (functional weight training, core strengthening, conditioning, overall stability and accountability, etc.)
