After reviewing your medical history and completing a physical evaluation, we design a specific program for you individually.

If increasing your bone density is your goal, than performing strength exercises over a period of time it will improve bone density. If flexibility and range of motion is your goal, than performing a combination of daily stretches and distractive motions will improve joint motion.
